The Board provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction for the Trust Fund. Its role is to ensure the Fund is managed responsibly, in line with the law, and focused on building climate resilience across the Marshall Islands. The Board sets investment strategies, approves allocations, monitors performance, and ensures transparency and accountability in all Fund activities. Through its guidance, the Board helps secure a resilient future for our islands, our people, and our communities.

Advisory Committee

The Advisory Committee provides expert guidance and advice to the Board and Fund Administrator. Its role is to offer insights on climate adaptation, resilience strategies, and best practices to ensure that Fund activities are effective and aligned with national priorities. The Committee helps evaluate projects, informs decision-making, and ensures that the Fund’s work reflects the needs of communities across the Marshall Islands. Through its expertise, the Advisory Committee supports a well-informed, inclusive, and resilient approach to safeguarding our islands and future.
